As there was no FIELD in CALJOBS' job order posting to put employer's name (unlike Monster.com, etc.),employer's name was not mentioned any where, not even in the "job duties" field.And in "How to Apply" field, only email address was provided (i,e,resume4job@gmail.com) No URL to link to employer's website or physical address used.
Here my QUESTION is: Does this lack DOL regulations of 20 CFR 656.17(f)(1)? If this lacks, does my employer need to re-post SWA job order? Note that all other recruitment processes are done. Please I beg your detailed answer as this is related to my life& death situation. Thanks a lot.
