I'm the process of applying the AOS (I-485, EAD and AP).
i) Pls advise if i need to change my name format in the supporting docs,where & what needs to be used.
ii) Advise the name format that i need to follow while filing the I-485,EAD and AP applications.
I'm planning to get an affdavit for the Name discrepancy from my parents.
