Q.

Options

I found out my PD will be current from Jan 2012. But I am currently in India for vacation where I received 221g for what looks like TAL. I received pink slip at New Delhi asking for cv, research history etc. My company lawyer responded on Dec 5, 2011. I have been told it will take 4 to 6 weeks but obviously nobody knows. In this case, I was wondering what would be best way to proceed because I do not want to miss out on filing next month in case dates go back. My PD is dec 2008 eb2 and my lawyer chose AOS on 140.
