Is employer's name (mention) in SWA Job Order a must ?

Is employer's name mention in SWA Job Order a must to meet advertisement regulations of 20 CFR 656.17(f)(1)? Will DOL deny LC if employer's name is not mentioned in SWA Job Order? Is re-post of job order needed?
