Q.

EB2 ROW I-140 Premium Processing eligibility

Hi, I am in 7th year of H1-B and due for extension in 2013. I have filed my EB2 I-140 and I-1485 through concurrent processing as regular in Oct 2011.
(a) Can I upgrade to premium now.
(b) After I-140 approval, how soon is I-485 approved.
