Q.

Grren card

1.Indian national, working for current employer,FL since June,2001 on H1-Bextension.
2.Current employer didn't file for GC(realized later).
3.Another company-B (California) filed for my GC (EB-3) in year 2002 for future employment.
4. Company-B’s labor and I-140 got approved, I-485 filed in Sept, 2007. Priority date March, 2003 (EB-3, India). Obtained EAD. Never worked for company-B so far.
5. Company-B not performing well now. No employees, no payroll since 2006, if any RFQ comes cannot provide documentation.
My questions:
1.Can I use AC21 to work for the current employer (FL)? The issue is, company-B don't have my job description details now. I think AC21 should have same job desc.
2.What happens if the company-B closes? Is it required to start new GC?
