3yrs bachelor degree in Comp.Appl.(Osmania University)graduated in 2004
4yrs distance education - master's degree in Software Engg.(BITS Pilani)(acquired while working, graduated in AUG 2010)
Both are from Indian Universities.
2yrs in India & 5yrs in US work exp with comp A.
5th Year stay in USA on H1B.
1.I am joining a new company B, Based on Educational Qualifications and Work experience am I eligible for EB2 Category with new employer?
I have Approved I-140 (EB3)with priority date of 31st June 2008, I only have I-140 approval receipt# (employer didn't share the I-140 approval copy)
2.With I-140 receipt # alone can I port my priority date?
3.I am single, If I get Green Card before my marriage, is there a way to bring my wife to US in any Visa?
