Error in PERM 9089 (now in Audit)

My Lawyer made an error in PERM 9089. They claim all the recruitment steps have been done properly and the error is a Harmless error.
PERM 9089 page 5 Section d.15 was inadvertently completed when it should have been Section d.17. so they actually did the recruitment for section d.17 but when they filed the 9089 electronically they filled Section d.15 with the dates. Would this cause a denial of my PERM in audit now. I work for a big company and my lawyer is fragomen. They are not ready to withdraw the application as it is against the company policy claiming it might affect other folks applying for PERM. they have replied to audit, now i am waiting for response. My PD is June 16th. i would like a second opinion of my lawyers claim that this is a harmless error and nothing to worry about
