Q.

Regarding correcting i140 category-Wrong checkbox selected

My attorney by mistake filed my i-140 in Eb3. He check the wrong box. But my PERM is eligible for EB2. Now my I-140 is apporved in EB3. How can i go ahead and correct my i-140 category? Should i refile by asking DOl to send me the original labor or file an amendment mentioning the old petition where they can get the labor cert from? Can i do premium processing?
