Q.

EAD and Adjustment of status

I have a pending Adjustment of status through Employment. My H1b status expired 2007. I had EAD year 2008,2009,2010 I have not renew my EAD Card since Oct 2010. I have not change employer or apply to anyone. My questions are 1. Will this affect my I-485 adjustment of status since I did not renew my EAD card. 2. Did I lost my legality to adjust status because I did not renew my EAD. 3. What are my options?
