Q.

bill H.R. 3012

My PD is 04/26/2006 EB3 - ROW, my question is: when/ if the bill passes, what does it mean to me?? Now PD is 01/15/2006 its so close to my PD date, with this bill H.R. 3012 passing when I can expect to be current?? this bill is not in favor of EB3 Row, JUst I and CH.
Is it going to take years for me, is the dates now going to retrogress for ROW???
