EB3 to EB2
Hi Indu,
My Company filed my GC in EB3, got I-140 approved, Priority Date is Aug 2009. Job description has BS + 3 yrs of experience.
I have a MS(CS) degree from US and 5 yrs of exp before joining the company.
Now they are willing to port it to EB2.
What is the best way of porting it and keeping my Priority Date?
Is it required to change the Job Title? or can we just add MS degree to the Job description.
