My h1b is about to expire on December -9 years of h1b with the same employer .
I have valid ead . I am still working at the same job for 9 year and probably will continue for along time...
All my family have ead .
My question is do I need to extend my h1b wile I have ead.????????
What hapen if I will not extend my h1b???
