I'm preparing for filing my 485 including my spouse. 1)My Birth Certificate has the Place of Birth as "XXX Hospital" and does not mention the City or State specifically. However the Birth Certificate itself was issued by the "Chennai Corporation, Tamilnadu" which matches my passport "Chennai, Tamilnadu". So in this case should I have to correct the Birth Certificate to include the "Chennai, Tamilnadu" Or Get Affidavit from my parents or the existing is sufficient?
2) My Spouse Birth Certificate has the same issue in place of Birth(City&State is not mentioned only Street Address is listed), also her abbreviated last name(Initials) and her BC was registered 10 years after birth - so we are planning to get an Affidavit from her parents. Is BC + Affidavit sufficient enough for filing?
