Q.

How do i retain the PD from Previous Employer

I worked for 'Comp A' from Jul'06 to May'08 and GC labor was filed in Feb2008.
Labor was approved and also I140 got approved through 'Comp A'. i do not have either 'approved labor' or the 'approved I140' with me.I only have the I140 receipt number which is SRC0980001432
I have been working for 'Comp B' since June'08 and my GC labor was filed through 'Comp B' on June 30,2008.I140 has also been apprvd through 'Comp B'.
1)Can i use the 'PD' from 'Comp A'? As i don't have either the apprvd labor or the apprvd I-140 from the 'Comp A', what are
my best possibilities to retain the PD of 'Comp A'?
2) Can i submit a FOIA requ to get the apprvd labor and apprvd I140 petitions from my 'Comp A'(using the SRC# above)? How do i submit this request? How long is it going to take to get these docs?
