I have an approved I-140 in EB2 Category with a future employer with whom I have not yet worked. I have the following questions in reference to the above.
- Can my wife and I apply for I-485 and get an EAD card and Green card without starting employment with my future employer. My priority date should become current very soon.
- Once we recieve the EAD card can my wife start working since she is on H4
- At what point in time do I need to start my employment with my new employer, is it after getting green card or while I apply for I-485
