Labor Certification (PERM) position min req experience for EB2

I qualify for EB2 because I have Bachelor from American University plus 5+ years of progressive and provable experience. I have heard from a lawyer friend that in order to qualify for EB2 the offered position in the Labor Certification (PERM) must have a minimum requirement of a Master + 3 years with an alternative Bachelor + 5 years. If it is Master + 1 year with alternative Bachelor + 5 years, the PERM is very likely to be audited and denied by DOL. The DOL does not see Master + 1 or Bachelor + 5 as acceptable for the EB2 category and will most likely deny it. I am talking about questions 4,6 and 8 of the Labor Certification. Your help will be very appreciated with this matter. Thank you very much!
