Q.

MS from US

Hi Indu,

I wrote a question to you back in august about MS. As per your inputs MS should qualify for EB2 (in addition to job requirement and other factors, but MS should be enough when it comes to education).
My question this time is for accreditation. I have been accepted in MS program from Aspen university which has accreditation from DETC and is not regionally accredited. Please advice if that's a concern as far as immigration goes.

I checked some forums which said USCIS checks using following link http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/Search.aspx and i see Aspen is there with DETC accreditation.

Appreciate if you can review the same and let me know if doing MS from Aspen is good or i should drop the idea as its not regionally accredited.
