Filing I485 for my wife

In Oct2008 my wife received H1 approval( was on H4 before) but never worked or received any paycheck. In 2009 when my H1 and her H4 extn were filed, we received UCICS notice that she is out of status and leave country in 30 days. After receiving notice, we left the country and came back with her H4 visa stamping based on my H1(India).Since Nov-2009, she had been on a valid H4 status/ valid I94 (expires in Oct-2012). Now when I am filing I485 for us together, there is a section in I485 form, where she has to mention her employment for last 5 years. My question is: Do we need to mention her previous H1 approval/ rejection notices anywhere or send copies of those docs? We want to do the right thing but not sure if providing previous h1 approval/Rej.notice may complicate her I485 approval.
