I have completed MBA Accounting in Jan2011 but I have not been awarded Diploma/Degree of MBA Accounting by my School in IOWA. Because I owe them student loan. Currently I am working on H1B in accounting field. I want to apply for green card EB2 category through my employer. Does my official final transcript will serve as Diploma/Degree (I mean as "Master" not "bachelor" degree/Diploma) so I can qualify and apply for EB2 category of Green card. If there is any reference please let me know.

Note: My other education from my back home is equal to Bachelor degree in US( as evaluated by someone....)
