Hello Attny Indu, as mentioned in my previous question to you, my wife has a history of successfully treated TB 11 years back in India. We were referred to county health dept by our civil surgeon and she was evaluated by the pulmonologist and said she has no signs of avtive TB and that the lesions on X-ray are signs of healed lesions.
Sputum Culture tests were also ordered and the immediate smear tests have come out negative and we are waiting for final culture test results which is going to take 8-Weeks. My civil surgeon wants to wait 8-weeks to sign my medicals
I am afraid we dont have enough time for us to wait for the results . My questions -
1. How much time do we have after the dates become current to file for Adj of status
2. What are our best options here. Thank you
