Immigration will get the original PERM from the old file.” I approached my company if I can hire my own attorney to file my case, their reply was if I am eligible to pay all the fees including administrative etc etc and NOT from their pocket, then they are fine with it. Please let me know if the company is mandatory to pay any fees for my second I-140 refiling in Premium (or) Can I bear all the expenses for my refilling including administrative fees etc for my I-140 in Premium?
