I-140/AOS
I had applied for a I-140 (EB1) [self petition] before my H1 expired. My petition has been approved after my H1 has expired. Can I apply for AOS and is there a time frame after approval of the petition, within which I should apply for AOS? I have been in the US for more than a year since expiry of H1B. I also have an approved petition [relative 1] and a pending petition [relative 2] submitted before expiry of H1B, whose PD are not current yet.
