Let me give you some background about myself. I have my green card application pending. My husband is the primary applicant and the green card application is based on his employment. I am working on an EAD right now.

My husband and I are getting a divorce and I have asked for an H1B sponsorship from my employer, to which they have agreed. The problem is that my current EAD came a little late this time (after my previous EAD had expired). Now, I'm worried that my job might be in trouble if I submit my previous EADs and H1B documents for this H1B sponsorship.
