My wife is the primary applicant and our dates for I-485 have become current and as such we went for medical evaluation. My wife had a previous history of treated TB in India. The doctor referred us to public health dept and they are worried about healed scars on the chest X-ray which they think may be new ones.We have 2 year old son who is a US citizen by birth.
My questions-
-If they consider her to be active case, are we (her)eligible for medical waiver?
If yes then what additional forms do I need to fill up.
If no, then what are our options in brief.
