Q.

H1B multiple

I have a priority date of EB2 02/20/2009 from India. If the priority date is current, how long can I wait before I can recapture the date?
Let us say the current company decides to apply for the PR in 06/2012, and if the priority date is current by 06/2012, will I be able to reuse it?

My company has applied for H1B from H4. What happens if I have multiple applications submitted for H1B approval?
