Q.

I-485 Dependant was approved but primary applicant is PENDING

Hi.

I applied on January 2007 a concurrent I-140 and I-485 having my wife as my dependant for EB1A. Sometime in 2010 they denied my I-140 and we filed I-290B Notice of Appeal. When I try to track my case online, the I-140 says denied, the I-290B says INITIAL REVIEW, my I-485 says DOCUMENT/CARD SENT (back in 2009) and my wife says: I-485 Approved has been sent.

I got email notification yesterday for my wife, who is my dependant that she got approved. Is this even possible if I'm the main applicant?

How should i proceed? Have you see these type of cases before? Is it possible that my appeal hasn't been updated in the system and it has been approved?

I'm under an O-Visa at this time.

Thanks
