My Wife will be leaving on November 1st to india and return in Feb ,roughly about 4 months of stay outside US.I am the primary applicant and my wife is the dependent. Both of our I 485's are in pending status.Both of us do not have valid visa stampings.Now our concerns are :
1.Is my wife allowed to stay outside US for 4 months continuously using her Advance Parole?2.Should we need to carry any proof showing her fathers medical records to explain the reason for her 4 months stay during her port of entry to US?3.I would like to travel to india in Feb to get my wife and daughter (US Citizen) back to US.Do I have any restrictions?I am planning for a month of travel to India4.What documentation should me and my wife carry with us along with our AP when we leave to india and come back to US?
