My GC application is pending and I am on a EAD/AP. Details:
EB3 priority date Aug 2004, 140 approved: Mar 2004
I485 filed: July 2007, Biometrics: Oct 2007
EAD AP getting renewed since then
Nationality: India
Spouse included in application
Till now I only had Biometrics once i.e Oct 2007.I was of opinion that Biometrics request comes when you apply EAD/AP online but I have been applying EAD/AP paper based. Therefore,I have never got request nor I requested biometrics with my AP/ead application since10/2007. But I want to check whether I am overdue on biometrics.
Q): Should I be requesting Biometrics along with my AP application next time? If not,What is the validity of biometrics and when should I request next or should I wait for USCIS to request?
