Receipt notice not recieved for PERM filing
Hi,
My employer says they filed my perm in the last week of May 2011. It is almost 5 months now and they are saying they haven't got any receipt of filing or case number, neither the DOL contacted them regarding receiving of my file.
What could be the possible reason of not receiving it? OR They did not filed correctly. I am almost entering my 5th year of H1 and this is really disturbing me.
