Q.

eb3 to eb2

Hi,Im Jay registered Nurse filed my i140 n i485 concurrently in july 2007 in EB3 category for nurses, now I have my i140 approved i485 pending & i have EAD card. while my I485 is pending I went to Nurse anesthesia school for my masters & will be graduating in November, will be starting new job as nurse anesthetist, but my new employer uses 1099 form but guarantees full time job. How can I change my EB3 to EB2 with priority date of july 2007? my new employer offers only 1099 form is that a problem please guide me.
