My Name is Rajesh.
I work for XXX company and they have around 500 employees in USA.
My labor and I140 got approved in EB2 category. My Labor priority date is Aug 2007.
Now I am eligible to apply for EAD and I485 with Nov Visa bulletin.
My W2 salary was 55K in 2007-08 and 51K from 2009-10. My W2 salary now is 55K since Feb 2011.
As per Perm labor, Prevailing wage is $74,651.00 and offerred wage from $75000.
My question is will it be a problem to apply for I485 as my income in latest tax return(2010) is too low. If Yes, what kind of problem can i expect and the resolution?
Do you think my I485 application can be denied because of the low income?
Should I be prepared for any information/RFE needed by USCIS?
I am really worried, please could you advise.
