I-140, saving priority date
Priority date is Oct-2009.
My I-140 was approved by USCIS in Sep-2011.
My employer(Say X) is refusing to share with me the copies of the approval,
Employer Y has offered me a job Opportunity
if I decide to move from employer X to Y ,
Can I use my priority date of Oct-2009 in any future Green card processiong
(re-filing of Labor and I-40 thru Y) even if the employer X revokes my I-140 immediately
