Q.

Regarding using FOIA

Hello,

I work for one a reputed consulting firm. I got my I-140 approved in EB-2 category. I planning to get a copy through Freedom of Information Act,so i can use it in future when i change companies.
Is this safe ?? I don't want my company to know about this.
Also my company informed very clearly that they cannot share it with me.
Thank you.
