I'm an Indian citizen in EB2-RoW category (born in Abu Dhabi,UAE) which is always current. My Labor and I-140 are approved with PD of Dec 2009. I was holding off on filing 485 till I got married

My H1B stamping was denied in Jan 2011 and I had to move back to India. So I proceeded with Consular Processing from my home country instead of 485 from the US. My -I824 just got approved in Sept 2011 but I have not received the official package form the embassy yet.

The question I have is regarding my marriage options.

-If I get married now, can I still amend my application to add my spouse ? Would we get the GC at the same time?

-If not, what are my options? How long would it take for my spouse to get her GC ?
