EB2 RFE - 3 Year Bachelor's Degree
My I -140 petition for EB2 has come back with this RFE.
"Submit evidence that the beneficiary obtained the required Bachelor's degree before the priority date. Submitted evaluation indicates the Bachelor's degree is Four year degree but the submitted transcripts display less than 4 year of coursework. The beneficiary does not possess a single degree eqv to a Bachelor's Degree".
My PERM does state as Bachelors's Required(It clearly states as: "3 or 4 year degree".) And Education Evaluation was done.
- What points can I argue in the RFE ? I have 3 years Bachelor's Degree from India + 3 year GNIIT Computer Course + 14 years of IT exp.
- Do I get enrolled in a On line Masters program and then convert to EB2?
- Can I convert this EB2 petition to a EB3?
