Future employment
My current employer "A" filled PERM for "current employment" on 08/13/2011 and I am planning to join "B" with an assurance from "A" that they'll continue with my GC.
Assuming PERM is approved after I joined B, Can employer "A" continue to file my I-140 and I-485. what are the obligations in this case? If employer "A" fills I-485, Will I still get my EAD after certain time? Will I have to go back to employer "A" to get my green card?What are the obligations I might run into?
