company 1 :eb3 filed in 2007, with pre- approved labor,got EAD in 2007, I140 approved in 2009. I-485 filed & & pending .I have been working with this company from October 2007 & still with them . I was on H1-B all this time but it expired this september & I am on EAD right now.

COMPANY2: :applied perm for EB2 but received audit in april 2011, on recrtmnt process. They replied to audit .waiting on decision.

COMPANY3:: Can I file for a perm for EB2 on basis of future employment ?
Will there be any consequences on the EB2 perm which is pending on Audit decision?
Will there be any adverse consequences on the EAD i am working on right now?
what is the best option for me right now in this situation?
