My company is ready and planning to file for my Eb2 case. I have an Undergrad degree in Arts from US and some programming courses from a community college. I currently possess more than 5 years of work experience from USA as well. Please let me know if my company can pursue an Eb2 case for myself in a Computers related position or some relevant position given the fact that I have bachelors in arts. What are the odds of getting the case stuck in I-140 stage with my education? Have you dealt with a similar type of case in the past and what was the outcome? Just so you are aware I am currently studying Masters in IT which will be completed in 6 months. Should I apply for eb2 now or wait until the last minute as my h1b expires June 2013?
