I-140-RFE-experience letters

Hello,I got an RFE on I-140(EB2) requesting experience letters from former employers on official letterhead with contact details of Signer.I used to work for a consulting company which separated there business & I was moved to new sister company. I worked for Company A- from X to Y month and for Company B from Y to X month. I have mentioned these two companies experience as separate companies in labor. Also when I filed 140, I have submitted separate letter from collogues for company A& B. Now company B is now ready to give me experience letter from X to Y month but they won’t specify company A details. My attorney is saying that I should submit letter from HR only.My question is, should I submit one experience letter for both or I need to submit two separate letters for RFE. Thank you
