I am on L1-A visa and is expiring on 1st of Oct, 2011. I did a concurrent processing for my green card and I received my EAD and AP. My I-140 got denied on 19th due to the not having duties of an executive. I applied as functional manager. My questions are as follows
- Are my/my wife's EAD and AP valid? They didnt mention anything about EAD and AP in my 140 denial letter. Is there a chance for USCIS to nullify my EAD & AP later? How about my I-485 application.
- With visa expiring on 1st what are our options? Is Appeal better or Motion to reconsider better
