My spouse is on H1B but has no pay stubs prior to Jun, 2010. she converted from H4 to H1 in Oct 1 2009 and was in US. She went to India on Oct 8, 2009 and entered US on Nov 29 2009 and did not work until Jun 2010. She changed her employer in 2010 and has W-2 for 2010. Now when filling Employment history section in "G-325A Biog.Information" form I am confused with what should I fill in employment history section for that period. I am filling for Adjustment Of Status as I will be current on 1st Oct, 2011.
What start date should I use for her first employment ? Please help. Do you see any risk and if yes what do you suggest. Please help.
