Q.

My employer says he applied for PERM but not sure.....

1. My employer is saying lawyer has applied PERM around AGU 25,2011.When I ask him the priority date he is saying I can tell you the date only when we receive confirmation receipt.If, so how many days it would take to get receipt? how can I know whether my employer applied my PERM or not?
2. How many days the advertisement dates are valid. because in my case advertisements were in May,June and Dates posted on employer website expired 7/28/2011. But my perm is applied in August. is this not a problem?
3.Prevailing wages in my PERM are expired on 7/12/2011. can we use this prevailing wages that are expired
4.How can I know whether my PERM is applied online or mailed the application. I have not signed any application.
5.How many days to get PERM approved?
