I left US last Dec for India and re-entered on EAD in Mar. I was previously on H1B. I had to answer to Immigration why I was out that long. My India based Co again needs me to work from Delhi for 4 to 5 months. And I have an active parole that permits travel but...
1. Would this effect re-entry and also would this second exiting effect my GC prospects later?
2. If I change jobs now within few months does it show poorly for my GC interview?
3. I did not apply for AC-21 as yet - How important is it given that my GC continues with my previous company?
