Q.

W2 after GC

Hello,
I received my green card a year ago (July 2010) and i am planning to move to another job. This job offer is through a consulting firm based on W2 with 40 hrs of work per week. My questions are: (Earlier i used AC21 to move from my sponsoring employer)

1. Is it alright to work on W2 for another employer? Will it violate any terms on labor? Should the job specify it is a fulltime position?

2. The new postion will offer 30% over the wages specified in I40? Is this ok?

3. Will it anyway jeopardize my citizenship in the future?

4. Please let me know if i should be aware of any other caveats (from GC perspective) while accepting this offer?

Thanks so much
