Please find below my job requirements:

Position: Systems Developer
Bachelors with 5 years of experience

My Profile:
Have Masters in Computers and Information Systems from USA
Have 2 years of experience in the same field as Software Engineer before joining my current employer.

Company agreed to initiate my Green Card Processing.

My question is:
I know since the job says Bachelors with 5 years of experience, job falls under EB-2 category, but since i have Masters and 2 years of experience before joining current job. My profile will be a fit for EB-2 category?

I spoke with Immigration attorney before and i was informed Bachelors + 5 is equivalent to Masters with 2 years experience.

Please let me know if i can go ahead with EB-2?
