Q.

Implications of joining client fulltime right after GC approval

Hello -
My PD is July 2006 which I filed with Employer A. I later moved to Employer B in May 2009 and transferred my GC process. I was with Employer B from May 2009 to now. I just got my GC last month (July 2011). I joined a client through employer B in May 2011 on a contract-to-hire basis, pending my GC approval. The job with the client is exactly the same as what it was on my original green card application. Now that my GC is approved, my client wants me to join full time with them.

My question is - Will changing jobs so soon after getting the green card affect me during naturalization, even though I was with employer B for 2+ years? If so, what could be the implications?

TIA for your time.
