Q.

I 140 recquest for additional evedance / address change

my I 140 was approved in may 2006, and my I 485 is still pending since july 2007, I have been woorking with CVS pharmacy since 2003, and in jan 2011 I moved from indiana where I lived since 2003 to california to live there, and I am still workin with CVS in the same position and with same salary.

I recieved a rejection letter of request for evidsance from the immigration departmen saying the address on I140 (indiana) and my curren address (california) does not match and they are requesting a letter from my employer to adress the descripancy.
can my employer which always been CVS just mention that I am still working with them in california, or do I have to go back to Indiana again and work with CVS untill I get my green card? tell me what would be the easiest way to solve this problrm?
