Hi, my employer is about to file for Prevailing Wage request for my perm application, but they got notified about temporary suspension of new Prevailing Wage requests, which is unexpected. Its been said that it might resume again in October. My 6 year term of H1B expires on June 2013. Now, I am bit nervous about my current state. Is there any way we can get back this lost period or can my employer can give an ad before he receives Prevailing Wage info.? or anything else else can be done in this situation or do you have any more info./input. Thanks in advance for any of your suggestion(s).
