Hi,

My EB2 India priority date is current and I recently came to know that my 485 application has been transferred from TSC to local office for further review. I am bit worried about this as they did not approve it at TSC

What could have triggered a transfer to local office
1) I had a AC21 a year back
2) My h1 visa was denied in India under 221g a month back saying my employer is not able to have employee/employee relationship.

In case they call me for Interview. can they cause any issues since my current employer is a small consulting company
I have always maintain status and always on JOB and have all W2 and tax return and no bad record.
My only issue is my current employer is small with 25 people and h1 visa was denied. could it trigger any issue
